Our list of publisher members is growing and as new publishers become OneLicense.net members, you will immediately have access to their catalogs so long as your license is in force.
The cost of a OneLicense is equitably and fairly based upon the
average weekly attendance of your congregation. The yearly cost
ranges from $50.00 per year for average weekly attendance of 25
members to $800.00 annually for average weekly attendance of 20,000
members or more. Single use licenses range from $25 to $60, and
event licenses begin at $35 and extend up to $275 for a really
large convention.

- Log in with email and password.
- Choose the week you wish to report. (Our week runs from Thursday through Wednesday, in order to keep each entire weekend within the same report.)
- Follow the prompts to report your reprints. Most of the songs you use will already be in the OneLicense database, allowing you to click and report. If they are not found there, you simply type in the information, and it will be there forever after.

The details
- The Podcast License is only available to congregations that already hold an Annual License.
- The Podcast License only covers Podcasts of live worship services. No use of commercial masters or publisher-owned recordings is covered.
- Podcasts must be removed after one year.
- Number of downloads of each Podcast limited to three times the size of your Annual License
- Participating publishers are slightly different from our Annual License. Click here for a list.
- The Podcast must include the following words at the end of the Podcast or on the website containing a link to the Podcast: "Permission to Podcast the music in this service obtained from OneLicense.net."
- With the Podcast License, you should report any music that is Podcast from our Participating Publishers (such as instrumental settings), even if you do not need to reprint the music in your bulletin or project it on a screen.
- The Podcast License is intended to cover music. Certain liturgical content, including scripture readings, will require permission directly from the copyright holder of this material.
